"Eat like a Sports Star" Workshops
Bringing healthy eating in the curriculum to life, using real examples of how and what sports stars eat, and why, role models, measuring levels of sugar or salt in certain foods and drinks, as well as getting down to business creating and tasting, our workshops engage children with the food they eat.

The girls discover why Corrine Yorston, captain of Bristol Academy WFC, likes to eat sweet potatoes and steak before a football match.

The boys get down to business with some serious smoothie-making.
